Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The Austrian Distance Sales Act (Fernabsatzgesetz) does not apply to the binding booking of courses, workshops, parties, and other events (hereinafter collectively referred to as “event”) via our website due to the exclusion of “services related to leisure activities, where the contract provides for a specific date or period for performance by the trader” (cf. Section 18 (1) no. 10 FAGG).

This means that the statutory two-week right of withdrawal does not apply. Every booking is therefore binding and entails an obligation to accept and pay for the service.
